Small village right next to spawn point. I discovered this before the 3.1 update, and the update changed the terrain slightly so that the village is now on the beach and you spawn in the water.
The village finder on chunkbase is very useful for this. I plugged your seed in and assuming its a large map you *may* find a village at some of these co-ordinates...
