Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said he would meet with former Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell in Florida for a second day.
Ghislaine Maxwell was offered limited immunity by the Department of Justice for information on the Jeffrey Epstein files.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump features in the so-called Epstein files, which the White House denied.
Last year, a federal appeals court upheld Maxwell’s sentence. In April, she asked the Supreme Court to take up her case. Just last week, as the maelstrom swirled around the case, the DOJ asked the justices not to review her convictions.
