The three daughters of former Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay—Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson—spoke Tuesday about assuming ownership of the organization after their father's death in late May.

Jim Irsay did everything possible to prepare his three daughters for taking over his beloved Indianapolis Colts.

There will be no decision that we make that we will not hear his voice in the back of our head, reminding us, 'When I'm not here, you remember this.'
