The family of Maryland mother Rachel Morin had the opportunity to address the court in front of Victor Martinez-Hernandez, who was sentenced on Monday to life in prison for her murder.

A Harford County judge on Monday sentenced the man who raped and murdered Rachel Morin on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Bel Air to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Victor Martinez-Hernandez was sentenced Monday to life without parole after hearing directly from her family in open court.
