Cardinal Health said on Tuesday it will buy healthcare management firm Solaris Health for $1.9 billion in cash, as the drug distributor looks to expand its specialty business. Shares of Ohio-based Cardinal fell nearly 6% after it also reported fourth-quarter revenue slightly below estimates,

The acquisition reflects Cardinal’s expanded focus on urology in pursuit of higher growth margin versus drug distribution.

Cardinal Health logged slightly higher profit and revenue in its fiscal fourth quarter, as recent acquisitions helped to offset lingering malaise stemming from its OptumRx contract expiration.
