Per tradition, the projected upper-tier of draft picks, among them prospective Mavericks’ No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg, will be in the building at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Thirteen players in total have reportedly been invited to the NBA draft green room.
If that’s the case, they might want to target Baylor’s V.J. Edgecombe. On top of his two-way potential, it seems like he grew up rooting for the Heat, or at least digging deep into their tape to mold his game.
