In Ohio, Gov. Mike DeWine said a resident of Roseville died during a health emergency when first responders, faced with flooded roads, couldn’t get there.

Rainfall maximums on Aug. 12 could reach between 4 to 6 inches in some areas, officials said. A flood watch remains in effect through the evening.

A Flash Flood Emergency has been issued for Union and Wayne Counties in Indiana until 3:15 p.m.
