It originally looked like the Denver Broncos were not going to sign any of the four veteran players who tried out at rookie minicamp over the weekend. It turns out one of them did get a deal, after all.

The Broncos have also invited veteran Desmond Ridder to rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, KUSA-TV's Mike Klis first reported on Tuesday.

It appears that Desmond Ridder will have to wait a little longer until he gets another chance to work out for an NFL team. It was previously reported that the former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback was going to try out for the Denver Broncos at their rookie minicamp.
