Carnival Cruise Line has announced it is returning to Mobile with year-round cruises and longer itineraries. That means Southerners dreaming of a vacation at sea no longer need to tack on a trip to Florida or New Orleans to set sail. Once again, big boats will be departing from the Mobile terminal, making it easier than ever to take off.
Authorities are looking for a Carnival Cruise Line passenger who went missing in Bonaire. Jessica Collins, a 47-year-old American guest sailing on Carnival Horizon, did not return to the ship following its Sept. 17 stop in the Caribbean island, according to a government news release.
