Mario Kart World has recast one of the voice actors from the Mario series, bringing in a voice from The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

With the game’s latest update on June 17, Mario Kart World has received a number of key fixes that involve gameplay not working as intended, bugs impacting specific maps, and online crashes.

Nintendo looks set to keep Mario Kart World's focus firmly on the Mushroom Kingdom — so don't expect the return of cameos from Zelda, Splatoon or Animal Crossing.
