Tropical Storm Melissa on track to become a hurricane. Will it impact Massachusetts?

Tropical Storm Melissa continues to strengthen and is on track to become a hurricane soon. The National Hurricane Center said in an 11 a.m. ET advisory on Oct. 23 that Melissa is located about 220 miles southeast of Kingston, Jamaica, with maximum sustained winds near 45 mph with higher gusts.
