Caleb is the second safety and the fourth defensive back to transfer to Arkansas this offseason. The Hogs have two potential starters already on the roster in Miguel Mitchell and Larry Worth, who both ran with the first-team defense at the Liberty Bowl. Mitchell had an interception in the 39-26 win over Texas Tech.

The Arkansas football program has signed 18 transfers so far and the group is considered to be one of the better classes in the country. Rivals lists the class No. 8 nationally while 247Sports rates the class No. 13.
