FOX 13 Tampa Bay on MSNDump truck crash spills rock on I-75, shutting it down temporarily: FHPA man driving a dump truck loaded with rock crashed, shutting down the southbound lanes of I-75 temporarily, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a dump truck carrying rock was north of SR-56 when the driver, a 51-year-old Riverview man, lost control of the vehicle. FHP said the truck overturned and spilled its load across the highway.

COCOA, Fla. – A fatal crash Friday morning has prompted the closure of an Interstate 95 exit ramp in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The wreck happened around 8:25 a.m. on or near the I-95 north exit ramp at mile marker 201 near Cocoa.
According to the report, the driver of the tractor trailer tried to avoid hitting a white Ford pickup by steering to the left of the inside lanes. The USPS tractor-trailer then hit the pickup, resulting in the tractor-trailer overturning.
Two separate crashes have left two men dead in Leon County.
