Family pays tribute to 13-year-old boy who died after flash floods trapped him in storm drain
BALTIMORE, Maryland ( WJZ) -- A 13-year-old boy died after flash floods wedged him into a storm drain in Mount Airy Thursday night. On Saturday the Mt. Airy Volunteer Fire Department identified the boy as Mason Kearns, one of the volunteers' family members.
