A man in Philadelphia opened fire on two people, ages 15 and 20, during a road rage incident. On Monday, March 10, an unidentified male believed to be 40 to 45 years old was driving a silver 2016 or 2017 model Honda Civic at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave, according to a press release from the Philadelphia Police Department.
