PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - The Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 125-112 on Tuesday, as the franchise’s all-time leading scorer, Damian Lillard, returned to the city he spent the first 11 seasons of his career.
It’s Milwaukee’s third straight loss to the Blazers, and the second straight game they’ve lost in Portland — the Blazers defeated the Bucks 119-116 on Jan. 31, 2024, in Lillard’s first trip back to the Moda Center.
This is the second game in Portland for Lillard since he was traded to Milwaukee in September 2023. Last season, the Blazers beat the Bucks in Portland, 119-116.
The Portland Trail Blazers held the upper hand throughout the second half on their way to a 125-112 home win over the Milwaukee Bucks and their former teammate.
The Magic begin a five-game West Coast road trip on Thursday against the Trail Blazers. They fell 125-119 in double overtime in their last time out on Monday against the Miami Heat after leading by 14 points in the fourth quarter for their sixth loss in seven games.
Portland faces Milwaukee in out-of-conference play. The teams square off Tuesday for the first time this season.
