A winter storm that swept through central Virginia on Tuesday left trees coated in ice, which brought down branches and caused widespread damage and power outages.

Two men have been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in the Gilpin Court neighborhood last month, Richmond police announced on Thursday.

Richmond Police have recently arrested a man after several downspouts were reported stolen out of The Fan and Museum District late last year.
