Update: This post has been updated to include new details from Tory Lanez account on Instagram provided late Monday night. Rapper Tory Lanez was reportedly stabbed in prison Monday morning at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.

Mr. Lanez was transported to a medical facility outside the prison, the department said. In an update on Tuesday, corrections officials said that Mr. Lanez was in fair condition.
