Authorities in northern Ohio announced they have recovered the body of a 5-year-old from the Sandusky River, raising to the death toll to three family members killed when they were struck by a train over the weekend.

Fremont Mayor Danny Sanchez confirmed three dead and an infant rescued after a train struck pedestrians crossing the Miles Newton Bridge on Sunday.

The crash happened on a railway bridge in Fremont, Ohio, on Sunday night. Two women and a 5-year-old were killed, and a 14-month-old was injured, officials said.
