Gal Gadot has partly blamed anti-Israel sentiment for the £84m flop of Disney’s remake of Snow White. The film, released in March this year, was a live-action remake of the original 1937 feature-length cartoon made by Walt Disney.

"When the film came out, I felt that those who are against Israel criticized me in a very personal, almost visceral way."

The actress is walking back her comments, which blamed the Disney's films poor performance on its cast being prodded to talk about Israel.
