Many believe Seattle Seahawks quarterback Jalen Milroe needs a lot of work as a passer before becoming a starter. Just a few days into training camp, Milroe has shown vast improvements in his game.

Jalen Milroe, the Seattle Seahawks’ third-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, has turned heads during training camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Things get a little more serious for the Seahawks this week. The Seahawks will put on pads for the first time Monday, and will then practice for six straight days, concluding with their annual workout Saturday evening at Lumen Field.
