Goa Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai on Tuesday strongly condemned the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, and called it a direct challenge to India's sovereignty and integrity.The Goa Governor accused Pakistan of orchestrating the attack and described it as a grave threat.
