European Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald would love for Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton to be available later this year but is not getting involved in their appeal of sanctions to maintain eligibility for the team event.

Luke Donald insists there have been no assurances given to LIV Golf stars that they will be in his Ryder Cup team even if they win their appeal to play in the tournament. Tyrrell Hatton and Jon Rahm have been told they must earn the right to feature for Team Europe.
