CINCINNATI — Former NFL All-Pro and future Pro Football Hall of Famer, Luke Kuechly, appeared on Up & Adams with Kay Adams this week and declared Shemar Stewart has the highest ceiling of any defensive end in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Cincinnati Bengals completed the 2025 NFL draft, with their fanbase coming away with a very mixed review of things. To start, Cincinnati selected defensive edge rusher Shemar Stewart with the No. 17 pick int he draft, much to the chagrin of the fans.

Cincinnati gave the veteran permission to seek a trade in March before it agreed to new contracts with wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Those ensuing financial commitments to Chase and Higgins made Hendrickson's future seem even cloudier, although there has not yet been a trade to this point of the offseason.
