San Diego Padres starting pitcher Yu Darvish made history on Wednesday, earning his 204th career win between MLB, and Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball League, the most all-time for a pitcher that played in both leagues, per Bob Nightengale of USA Today.

Darvish was in control from the start, allowing two hits, striking out seven and taking just 76 pitches to get through seven innings, and the Padres offense continued to surge in a 5-0 victory over the Mets.
