Fireworks show returns to the East River this year, launching from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and four surrounding barges around the South Street Seaport.After a decade of shows in the East River, the fireworks relocated to the Hudson River last year for the first time since 2013.

The 49th annual display will involve fireworks launches from the bridge and four barges on the river, according to Mayor Eric Adams' office.
