Texas flooding victims include 27 Camp Mystic campers and counselors, camp confirms
At least 27 campers and counselors from Camp Mystic in Texas have died in devastating flash flooding that swept through the region, the camp announced. At least 109 people have died in the flooding that struck Texas Hill Country on Friday.
The two young girls were among the 27 campers and counselors at the all-girls Christian summer camp who died in the floods.
Coast Guard Petty Officer Scott Ruskan from NJ has been hailed an "American hero" for rescuing those in the Texas floods.
