The FBI said it is seeking info about the collision of an unauthorized drone with a firefighting aircraft flying over the Palisades Fire last week.

The FBI is searching for the operator of a private drone that collided with a Canadian firefighting plane assisting with the California wildfires.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass issued an executive order to expedite processes for rebuilding homes and clearing debris left behind by wildfires in Los Angeles. Bass signed the order late Monday night to help residents in the Pacific Palisades and other city areas rebuild homes lost in the ongoing fires and lay the foundations for businesses to recover.
