Police from several departments responded to the scene near Gravel Pond Road and Northern Spy Road in South Abington Township Tuesday night.

The Road Commission hasn’t overseen a gravel-to-paved road conversion since Whitaker Road in Fenton Township was hard surfaced in 2023.
