The Philadelphia Phillies are finalizing a trade to acquire closer Jhoan Durán from the Minnesota Twins, according to ESPN's Jeff Passan.

The Twins' flamethrower was reportedly traded to the Philadelphia Phillies Wednesday evening following the team's game with the Boston Red Sox.

The Phillies are acquiring the right-hander from Minnesota, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported. Pitcher Mick Abel and catcher Eduardo Tait are going back to Minnesota in the swap. Other teams interested in Duran included the Yankees, Mets, Mariners and Red Sox, per Heyman.
