DeKalb County has expanded its police department's high-speed pursuit policy, including training officers in the Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT maneuver) to address rising crime.

The body camera video shows the high-speed chase down Interstate 85 that resulted in a PIT maneuver and a crash into the center wall.
