George Pickens is officially a member of the Dallas Cowboys, and he told reporters he's looking forward to adding to the team's "winning culture."

Pickens' time with the Steelers was marred by what were described as "maturity and accountability" issues, collecting over $200,000 in NFL and team fines in 2024 alone. Multiple reports out of Pittsburgh said head coach Mike Tomlin had to publicly reprimand Pickens more than once.

The Pittsburgh Steelers traded wide receiver George Pickens to the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick and 2026 fifth-round pick. Pickens now heads to the Cowboys after spending the first three seasons of his career with the Steelers.
