Brian Baldari has been charged with aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide and assault following death of former Olympian Edwin Borja.

A former Warren police officer has been bound over to stand trial in connection with a deadly crash that killed two men, a judge ruled Friday.

Judge states the Johnson County man must serve no less than 85 percent of his overall sentence. Pikeville Police are training a special response team to help with emergency situations.
