Giancarlo Stanton hit a three-run homer, Austin Wells went deep for the third consecutive game and the New York Yankees pounded the Seattle Mariners 10-3 in the opener of a three-game series.

Seattle catcher Cal Raleigh leads MLB with 35 home runs, with Yankees captain Aaron Judge second at 33. These two clubs met in Seattle in mid-May, with the Yankees taking two of three games. In that series, Raleigh and Judge each hit one home run.
