I thought Daryl Dixon was okay; better than Dead City, at least. I thought it'd tie-in somehow to the debut of The Ones Who Live. Apparently, the three mini-series are supposed to tie in together, with maybe them all reuniting, or something.

Daryl left because Maggie told him that was more out there, finding Rick was almost a sidequest. That being said I don't think TOWL will be the last we will see of Rick, I imagine Andy and Norman talked about having their characters reuniting but I only see that happening on the series finale of the Daryl's show and I'm cool with that.

Daryl traveled more than the furthest distance in france just when he travelled to Maine alone. South to North France is only about the distance from Georgia to Virginia. In FTWD even when they didn't have a plane, they traveled way further than the whole distance of France. there are US states bigger than France.

Forget the rest, Daryl Dixon is the one. It has the heart and all the things I loved about the early seasons. Grounded performances, gritty dialogue, high stakes and intensely character driven storytelling. Add in an entirely new setting, culture, my favourite character and I’m sold. Completely agree with everything you said!

TWD: Daryl Dixon I saw the clip from the Daryl Dixon finale where Daryl finds his grandfather's grave. Was Daryl actively looking for his grandfather's grave during his time in France, or did he just happen upon the cemetery and decide to try his luck?

Nov 10, 2023 · The Daryl Dixon show gives more clues to his age. I’m guessing he was 37 in season 1 with Merle being 40. (Daryl born in 1973, Merle 1970) Has to be young enough to have a grandfather who died in WW2, but old enough where he bonded with his brother over watching Mork and Mindy. (78’ - 82’)
