Let's set the metronome to half-time or 90 BPM to get a swing feel. Consider the clicks to be your 2 and 4 counts. Metronome beats for concentration We have been working on connecting our body and brain through listening to metronome beats. I use a metronome app on my phone. We start with a very slow beat and follow along with body movements. Here I am using a balance cushion but you could just march in place.
