This World Mental Health Day, we are proud to announce a health and wellbeing partnership with The Man Walk, an Australian-based social inclusion charity that provides an opportunity for men to get together each week to walk, talk and support each other in a regular and healthy way. Together we will be promoting the benefits of socially-focused physical activity, while providing a platform for people to speak openly about their mental health.
