Rhiwbeina Primary School has proudly planted its ‘Tree of Hope’ a sapling grown from the iconic Sycamore Gap Tree. Chosen from nearly 500 applications by the National Trust, the school is one of just organisations 49 across the UK to receive a special sapling - one to represent each foot in height that the tree was at the time of felling.
